Abstracts

Abstract submission will be carried out using the registration form only.

The submissions are limited to ONE abstract (as presenting author) per registration.

Abstracts can be submitted for oral presentation: 10-minute talks or 5-minute flash talks; or for poster presentation (A0 vertical - 1190x 841 mm).

Please, read carefully the abstract submission guidelines:

Language of the festival is ENGLISH.
Maximum of words: 250 words.
The abstracts should be submitted in the word format following the abstract template.
The name of the file should include the area number, name and surname of the participant, and the desired presentation format (e.g. AX_Name_Surname_Poster.docx).

When filling out the registration form you can select your preferred form of presentation - Oral communication or Poster presentation.

The Scientific Committee will evaluate your submission and you will be notified via email of the decision.
