Abstracts must be submitted until April, 29th 2026.

New date for abstract submission for poster presentation ONLY: May, 13th 2026.

 

Abstract submission will be carried out using the registration form only.

The submissions are limited to ONE abstract  (as presenting author) per registration.

​

Abstracts can be submitted for oral presentation: 10-minute talks or 5-minute flash talks; or for poster presentation (A1 vertical - 594 x 841 mm).

Please, read carefully the abstract submission guidelines:
 

• Language of the festival is ENGLISH.

• Maximum of words: 250 words. 

• The abstracts should be submitted in the word format following the abstract template.

• The name of the file should include the area number, name and surname of the participant, and the desired presentation format (e.g. AX_Name_Surname_Poster.docx).

When filling out the registration form you can select your preferred form of presentation - Oral communication or Poster presentation.

 

The Scientific Committee will evaluate your submission and you will be notified via email of the decision.​
