Abstracts

Abstracts submission will be carried out using the registration form only.

The submissions are limited to 2 abstracts (as presenting author) per registration.

Abstracts can be submitted for oral presentation: 10-minute talks or 5-minute flash talks; or for poster presentation (A1 vertical - 594 x 841 mm).

Please, read carefully the abstract submission guidelines:

Language of the festival is in ENGLISH.
Maximum of words: 250 words.
The abstracts should be submitted in the word format following the abstract template. The file title should include the Name, Surname of the student, and the desired presentation format (e.g. Name_Surname_Poster.docx).

When filling out the registration form you can select your preferred form of presentation - Oral communication or Poster presentation.

The Scientific Committee will evaluate your submission and you will be notified via email of the decision.
